Inspired by a salvaged Victrola, a walnut mechanical turntable mounted vertically on a oak carved pedestal base. It is 3 dimensional with the mechanical work are visible through the clear Plexiglas enclosure on the back. The top is "head dress" with right and left wing of Pelican feathers laced with pheasant spirit feathers. The center dial is a small Cain arrow with a flint point and turkey feathers. There are eight indication words that are aligned around the face resembling a clock. At the top you grab with your left hand and turn the crank with your right hand. One rotation for every 5 years of age. The flint arrow will stop on the word of your intended activity. The cranks maximum rotation is seventeen times (17) or eighty five (85) years old. Many people at our show enjoyed this piece. Truly one of a kind!
